The school is a brain child of Pastor Lapson Mbewe who is also the MD of Hope Christian Boarding Secondary School which was started in September 2014 with two classes-form one and form three only. The school started with two classes to prepare the students fully for the 2016 JCE and MSCE examinations respectively.
